SATURDAY 15th August

 

SATURDAY MORNING CLASSES:

9.30am - 10.30 am - Yoga with Lianne Campbell 

A  gentle and refreshing yoga session; make space in your body, clear your mind and bring peace to you spirit.

10.45am - 11.45am - Moving Energy with Lianne Campbell

Simple and effective energy techniques to calm the stress response, boost the immune system and bring more energy, vitality, clarity and peace into your life. 

12pm - 1pm - Meditation with Jyotish Patel

Meditations to create clarity, peace and tranquillity. 

SATURDAY AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS:

2pm - 3pm -Creative Journaling: fun, creative and playful ways to write your way to well being 

In this session, Kaye will discuss the connection between creativity and well being, suggest some simple ways to bring playfulness and fun into your everyday lives and share some simple writing techniques that anyone can easily put into practice.  Suitable for writers and non-writers alike, you never know where this might take you. 

Make sure you have something to write with. You won’t be asked to share anything, so no pressure at all.  Just come with an open mind, ready to have some fun.    

3.30pm - 4.30pm - Sugar Awareness - with Tess Seward

While most of us are aware that sugar is bad news, it can be challenging to cut back. Tess explores just why sugar is so addictive and shares her approach to help people to break free of their sugar cravings for good. If you want to lose weight or simply be healthier, mark your diary for this workshop. Tess is able to offer a free 30 minute consultation to her workshop participants who are keen and ready to address their issues with sugar.

2pm - 3pm - How to Create Everyday Bliss- with Mel Pearce

In this workshop we will be focusing on how to re-create the blissful feelings we experience when we’ve been to the retreat.

It will incorporate a Hypnotherapy session on letting go of anything that stresses us out, allowing us to feel lighter and brighter and more joyful.

3.30pm - 4.30pm - The Sacred Nature of Essential Oils with a Guided Chakra Meditation - with Caroline Minnis

THIS WORKSHOP HAS BEEN CANCELLED. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

In Part One we explored the different physical properties of Essential Oils and how they can restore good health to our corporeal body.

In this workshop we will be looking at the sacred nature of these volatile aromatic hydrocarbons to help us achieve balance and bring vitality and joy to our mental well being. Difficult emotions can be helped through using key Essential Oils on a subtle vibrational level. 

Please bring your best loved Essential Oils to the class to discover which Chakra energy centres they relate to. After a guided Chakra Meditation

I will teach you how to blend a sacred synergy of oils to restore depleted Chi Energy to your etheric body.
